Estrellita is a bilingual therapist who has experience working with individuals across the lifespan including from early childhood to older adults. Estrellita specializes in severe mental illness, trauma, and substance use disorders. She has experience across a variety of treatment settings including: primary care, nonprofit, homebased services, and emergency department; utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, psycho-education, and Harm Reduction Therapy.
